Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Your username, first and last name, email and/or postal address, telephone number or other information that, alone or in combination can be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) that you provide when you create an account or fill out a form on the Website;
- First, Last names, RFIDs, photo of your employees used for access control operation;
- Email addresses, telephone numbers used for SMS and other alert communications;

Please do not send us, and do not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (such as information related to racial or ethnic origin, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Website or otherwise, as GuardSaaS has no intentions of processing such sensitive Personal Information.

Performance of Your Rights
Your data is stored and processed only with your consent. It will be stored in our database for the indefinite period (unless you agreed differently). GDPR grants expanded rights for individuals in the European Union to execute appointed rights.
At any given time you have the right to request:

Data Storage, Transfer and Technical Solutions
We use third-party vendors and hosting partners for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our Websites and the Cloud.

Hardware infrastructure that stores and processes your data is located in the territory of Federal Republic of Germany (European Union). All partners and territories where GuardSaaS process data ensure an adequate level of protection of the mentioned data.

We may display the following information to users who sign-in (authorize) ou our Websites, according to their access level and point of touch: first name, user email, product name, purchase date and license number.

As you use our Services, you may import into our platform personal data that you have collected from your Clients or other individuals. We have no direct relationship with your Customers or any person other than you, and for that reason, you are responsible for making sure you have the appropriate permission to collect and process information from those individuals.
GuardSaaS uses third-party tools to provide us with services that support our business, such as Google’s tracking technology and NewRelic monitoring tools.
Those third parties might need access to specific information to operate. We rigorously monitor these vendors to limit the range of data they can access to a minimum that’s necessary for them to perform their contracted tasks.
